Hi, I’m Kathryn, the founder of Hospitality House, based in Sheffield. I launched this business in 2016 after a frustrating personal experience working with a hospitality agency. Despite having years of experience in the industry, I was treated with little respect, which left me shocked and disheartened. That moment sparked an idea: temporary staff solutions could—and should—be better. From that seed of frustration grew Hospitality House, a business built on respect, high standards, and unwavering values.

Since day one, I’ve been committed to creating a service that not only supports my clients but also values my staff. I believe work should be enjoyable, and every team member should feel appreciated and respected—no exceptions. Training is at the heart of my approach, ensuring our team is confident, skilled, and always ready to exceed expectations. I wouldn’t dream of supplying clients with anything less than exceptional staff, and I take great pride in maintaining those high standards.

My passion for hospitality runs deep, especially when it comes to VIP service and à la carte dining. I’m fascinated by the rich history of dining etiquette and love exploring the ever-evolving trends in food and menus. Hospitality isn’t just my career—it’s my calling.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to four wonderful children—two adults and two teenagers—and our beloved dog, Ollie. As a small, family-run business, we take pride in offering a personal touch that larger agencies often lack.
