Comprehensive Training for Front-of-House Staff
We believe in setting you up for success. Practical training sessions for all front-of-house staff are held at Bramhall Lane, where you’ll learn essential skills, including:

  • Polishing and table setup

  • Serving and clearing techniques

  • Wine and champagne service

  • Tray carrying

  • Table etiquette and guest service excellence

Additionally, every team member will receive a training manual covering:

  • COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)

  • Food hygiene and allergens

  • Manual handling

  • Customer service skills

  • Plated service techniques

  • Licensing law essentials
