Mobile Bars

We have 2 hand made wooden mobile bars available for hire, one 6ft and the other 9ft and both come with back bar displays. They were made by the fabulous designers at Steel Roots so are one of a kind!

They are made from reclaimed wood and steel, rest assured these are not flimsy mobile bars once erected and set up they are made to look and feel like an established bar.  They are perfect for Tipi / Marquee weddings, industrial spaces, red brick corporate buildings, village halls and private homes. 

We offer the following bar services

Cash Bar - All drinks are chargeable to your guests, you are welcome to supply arrival drinks and wine for the table (we can offer glass hire and service staff to help with this if needed).  We supply everything that is needed to offer a wide range of drinks, draft ale, cocktails and award wining gins.  There is a minimum spend for a cash bar which will be dependent on the guest numbers and duration the bar is open but is usually £1500 for 100 guests.  Our deposit is £500. (If the minimum spend is reached the deposit will be refunded)

Open bar - You pick up the tab at the end. We supply everything as above it just means your guests are not paying.

Token or tab bar - You put a certain amount behind the bar; once that is met it’s a paying cash bar for your guests or you give everyone drink tokens to use.

We provide 2 - 4 glass fronted back bar fridges, glasses, bar equipment, back bar display, ice and staff with all our bar services (except dry hire).

Dry hire - you supply all the drinks, ice, glasses etc we supply the bar and staff if needed. The fridges and glasses can be hired separately.  Prices start from £195.

Paperwork - If your venue does not have a premises licence we can apply for the licence on your behalf at a cost of £35

 Staff for Events

We can supply high-calibre, fully trained, uniformed front of house, bar, cocktail, event managers and food service event staff

This can be for:

  • Hospitality businesses that require cover for staff that are on holiday or off sick.  

  • For event venues that require staff on an ad-hoc basis to work alongside their existing team.  

  • A private event such as a wedding, party or corporate that requires service staff to help with reception drinks, food service or bar in a hired venue, home or office.

We are qualified trainers and coaches and train all our front of house staff to a high standard, this not only builds team morale, but gives our staff a sense of pride in their job. We can adapt our training to fit in with your needs if you have on going staffing requirements.

We have over 50 years combined work experience within hospitality, our focus is making sure our staff are happy and confident in their roles so they are able to work as an efficient team delivering excellent customer service every time.
